We want to let all of you know about the precautions we are taking and that we are following guidelines provided by the CDC, DHEC, and our local authorities. Thankfully, we have always held our salon to the highest sanitation standards that have always been required by our industry licensure, so the normal process only has a few additions to take extra precautions.

We will continue to follow our policy of using a fresh cape, towels, and tools on each client. We will also continue to sanitize and disinfect all tools before use on a client.

In addition to our normal sanitary guidelines, we have spaced each station 6 feet apart. Each chair that a client uses will be properly sanitized and disinfected between each appointment.

Salon Guidelines for Clients & Staff:
Please wait in your car/outside until you are called for your appointment. It is imperative that you arrive on time, as any tardiness will have to result in a reduction of services in order to sanitize and remain on time for every client. We ask that no additional guests will be allowed to enter the salon with a client. Please make any necessary arrangements to arrive alone to your appointments.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and will be used by both stylists and clients before the start of the appointment.

All persons inside of the salon will be required to wear a mask at all times. For clients, please wear a mask that has straps secured behind each ear. For clients receiving color services we recommend masks that are disposable or not easily stained. You are welcome to bring your mask or purchase a mask from the salon for $5.00.

Depending upon the services rendered some Blow-Dry services may have to be abbreviated or forgone in order to complete the required color and cutting services.

We will not be accepting cash payments for any services, but will gladly accept payment by debit or credit cards. We encourage all clients at this time to leave gratuity on their credit cards instead of cash tips directed to the stylists.

If you would like to call and have a credit card stored, we would be happy to do a touch-free check out process. Any retail items that you'd like reserved can be prepackaged and ready to go as well with a card on file. If you are interested in adding any upgrades to your services like treatments or masques we would be happy to apply that to your service as well.

We are encouraging all clients to pre-book their next appointment as we are running half staffed/stationed each day and demand is extra high currently. We are also encouraging all clients to book their next appointments online using our easy online booking software. Your stylist can recommend your next maintenance appointment.
